Packaged very well. Charcoal gray color is very nice looking. My only issues is online it says 38 mph winds but in the boxes it says 25 mph, which won’t work for me because I’m in Florida. Also I didn’t like there are two separate louver sections that you have to adjust instead of all being connected to one.

If you are expecting 'Matte Black' as per the product description, do not order as the product is Matte Grey. Overall it does the job, but once it's starts raining water will leak through the slats. There were definitely several places where no matter how you adjusted the frame, the screws would not go in due to a defect. Key takeaway, water will leak through the roof when it rains; and it is definitely not Matte Black!
