The AQFS220 is a point of entry system (full house) specifically designed for the reduction of chlorine, sediment and lime scale accumulation on pipes, fixtures and appliances. Our systems do not demineralize your water and do not introduce salt or potasium chloride into your water. Instead, we utilize a salt-free, scale reduction media prevents hard water minerals from creating scale, removes existing buildup and prevents corrosion caused by iron, chlorides and silica.Our high pressure housing utilizes our 5 micron, 20" coconut carbon block filter which includes a proprietary scale prevention media designed to prevent and reduce harmful scale build up on heating elements, pipes, faucets and other plumbing fixtures and appliances. Our coconut carbon provides exceptional chlorine removal with high flow rates. This wall mounted unit is designed to be installed at the water main entry point and will provide a flow rate of up to 14 gallons per minute (GPM). The standard inlet and outlet connections are 3/4" NPT and has a design pressure of 105 PSI (5.9 bar) with a maximum operating temperature of 113°F (45°C). The proprietary scale prevention media is designed for extreme water conditions and designed to last up to 6 months.
