I placed an order - I received an OPEN BOX ITEM, which is rather upsetting being that I didn’t opt for that. I immediately called your customer service that for the very first time I felt very dissatisfied. I asked if my account could be noted that the package original tape had been cut through and a patch taping was made - the top of the box was also taped a lot and very poorly! To add to all this, the instructions are missing — there is no manufacturer name so I guess I’ll have to look for instructions or a video online because the base is not securing as needed. I’m putting this aside - I was so excited with the other items I received that I can’t with this thing right now |

This fan works perfectly. It has all of the standard features like three power levels and it oscillates. It also has an option to turn the screen off which is nice for sleeping. It’s a nice size and the remote is convenient to use too.

Perfect fan ! Easy to assemble, clean, sleek design, thoughtful modes, lots and lots of wind power. I use a fan year round and this is perfect. I love the little remote ! Would definitely purchase again for another space . Get it !

This tower fan in very nice! This fan is so easy to put together it literally took 5 minutes. This come with a remote control which make it so much nicer. This fan will fit in any spot in the house even a small spot! I highly recommend this fan.
