Love this fireplace. It is just what we ordered the price was right. Nice for evenings mornings when we want a small fire to take the chill off. We use piñon wood so the fragrance is delightful reminiscent of New Mexico.

The day I opened and assembled my outdoor fireplace it was two days later that rust started appearing. After reading all the reviews, others had also mentioned the rust. I had to take vinegar and baking soda to remove the rust then I bought the spray and applied it to all the exterior metal area. I hope this keeps rust from showing up again. I highly suggest getting this spray coating to keep rust from occurring. This is an expensive outdoor fireplace so you would think they would put a protective coating on the metal to avoid rust!!! It was very simple to assemble. I did it by myself. The video is extremely helpful for assembly. my biggest disappointment is the quality of the metal and if they would just add a protective coating it would make a huge difference. I am out of the expense and labor of having to apply fix!

Son put together in about an hour. Looks great and first fire of autumn. We’ve owned this fireplace for 3 years now and it still looks great and works great only the cover has torn recently and needs to be replaced.

Looks wonderful in my covered patio which has a corner area without a ceiling, so the fireplace fits so well there.

Purchased to use on our outdoor sitting area and so far so good! Took me an hour and mine arrived without any defects and it looks great. I prefer this style versus our old fire pit which rusted quickly and looked like junk after 2 seasons. Be advised, this is a fireplace not a fire pit so the heat is directed outward from the front and therefore is not as widely disbursed as a true fire pit but that's OK with me. I used 2 spare clay roof tiles and wired them to each side to prevent heat from escaping the sides and help push heat forward. With both front doors open, there is a great deal of heat around our 10 ft table. I do not plan on building big fires in this unit as pics from other reviews show that excessive heat from a larger fire could scorch the stonework at the top as well as potentially warp the steel, which is definitely thin on the chimney. No one mentioned this but there are stickers used to identify the pieces. The stickers are made out of paper and are super difficult to remove so be aware.

I have only lit the fireplace twice but so far I love it! It adds so much character to the outdoor ambience. PROS: Expensive looking; Goes with many design styles; Loved Black Friday Dicount; Convenient weather cover; Gives off nice heat with a minimum of 3-4 logs; Flute carries smoke away from you; Easy to put together. CONS: Slightly rocks unevenly on ground which makes it appear cheaply made when touched; wish the fireplace tool that it came with was tongs instead of a poker. Overall I love this purchase. It was just the item I was looking for to pull together the outdoor look. I hope it last for many years to come.

Quality is fairly well with this product the flu works very well with keeping the smoke contained and pushing it straight up in the air also holds a good amount of wood so you can have a nice large fire. looks nice after having it for 6 months, there is signs of little rust here and there but nothing that cant be taken care of overall meets All my expectations worth the money.

Beautiful. I've owned this for 5 months now. So far so good. It was freight shipped to me. It had one of the stones loose in the box. The glue that holds the stones on was VERY little and only in the middle. I glued it back on with no issues. It was easy to put together with just one person. I keep it covered when not in use. I hope this lasts as it is really beautiful. Update I've owned this for almost 3 years now. I do clean, sand off the rust, and repaint the metal with the rustoleom high heat paint in the spring time each season. The metal grate on the top of the chimney rusted way. I'm not sure if that rusted away from age or was due to the high heat from the fire. The rest of the fireplace is going strong. I clean out the ashes within a day or two of using it and keep it covered when not is use with the cover that was provided. I picked this up on a half off sale so for the cost it has been well worth it.
