Loved being able to look out my bedroom window because of the low profile design, but the unit was much less efficient that standard design air conditioners.

After a little shopping around I chose to buy this air conditioner at wayfair because they offered a five year extended warranty. I have had no luck with appliances lately and even though the price was the same for this particular unit everywhere I looked, nobody else offered more than 3 years of warranty. That’s why I bought it at Wayfair.

Does not fit all windows but the quality would be great if it had not arrived damaged since they did not package the unit in additional packaging so it arrived damage and it’s very heavy 92 pounds.

Great AC. Very quiet and cools well. It was damaged in shipping though.

I got this air conditioner less than three months ago and it’s already having issues. It’s randomly having super powerful fan spurts on low cool. Going to super loud and then back to quiet, which is loud enough to wake me up. It’s now started to show an E14 error and just turn off. Definitely not worth the money.

Looks much cleaner in the window than a traditional window unit. It was easy to put in and included all the pieces needed to have a professional looking installation. Much quieter than my less powerful older unit.

No idea, refused shipment. Tried to cancel same or next day, was told can't because it was preparing or already shipped. Took over a week for tracking which then showed customer service was either lying, or incompetent, shipment arrived many days after initial date range, so refused it.

Love the look of this AC. Only blocks around 4 inches of window viewing. In low mode it is silent. I had to check to see if it was on. Very quiet in medium mode and louder in high but still quiet compared to out ACs
