Came very well packaged. Sink material is nice and thick has large insulation pad things what ever those spots are called to reduce noise. Really nice sink! The material seems sturdy, and the color is nice. We wanted a single bowl, and this one is great because it’s deep and spacious! It also has a lot of fancy extras that are a nice perk. Unfortunately, the cup wash function is not pressure activated, so you have to be careful not to accidentally click that switch without anything on it. My only complaint is that the measurements do not account for the mounting brackets. We were replacing our old sink with this one, measured 3 times to be certain we got the right size, and it 33” without the mounting brackets. Not a big deal if you’re cutting out the countertop at the time of install, but ours was previously cut out, so it wouldn’t fit without shaving down the countertop 1/2 inch or grinding off the mounting bracket. Overall pretty happy with this sink and the included accessories/system. Had an issue with one of the accessories but Ruvati remedied it quickly so very pleased with the brand. We do feel like the bottom of the sink could use a little more slope towards the drain- water tends to sit a bit around the front and sides and ultimately leads to the sink needing to be cleaned frequently (especially if some family members are better than others at rinsing the sink after use ;). The best workstation sinks I could ever buy. Everything came in the box just as advertised and I find every accessory super useful. The only thing I was surprised about was how heavy the wooden chopping blocks are, including the one with a hole in it to accommodate the bowls.
