Kavinda Upholstered TV Bed Storage Bed

I got this bed in a queen/cream color & I love it! I have a pretty large space for my main bedroom (where I put it) & it fits well. The guys that put it together had never done one before & said it was a challenge for them but they got it done & even took away some additional trash for me :-) The up/down mechanism is seamless, so far, manually. However, the remote is not working :-( Other than that, I do recommend.

This is an absolutely beautiful bed....... However; the TV storage (foot board) the material was slightly torn. Also, the outlets for the TV came with European outlets. I had to get a replacement. Besides those issues, it is truly a beautiful bed.

It was one of the most disturbing & unprofessional delivery encounters I have ever experienced. The bed was delivered with white glove service, and they told me they only had 30 minutes to assemble the bed when it took 15 minutes just to bring it into my home, and they were not very nice. They, however, did not leave the parts on the bed (which I believe was intentional), and instead of sending me the parts, I had to resend the entire bed back. This was in December 2024. My redelivery date moved from January to March, and now June. I spend a lot of money with Wayfair, but I will begin to take my business elsewhere if this is their treatment. However, I have been working with an agent named Evelyn who has tried to do everything in her power to right this wrong, but unfortunately, I now have to choose another color bed if I want it now.

This bed is absolutely gorgeous! I am very happy with my purchase!!

From ordering to the white Glove Delivery things went well. The Delivery guys willingly saw my new carpet and removed their shoes to put bed together. Timely Delivery. I have ordered before and will order from wayfair again.

I love the look of this bed. It has a little storage on both sides of the bed that can be utilized. I love the fact that the tv stand is motorized going up and down seamlessly.

Bed is amazing. I feel like James Bond when the TV comes out of the footboard.

This is my first time using Wayfair and I’m kind of upset when I first ordered the bedframe I was told I would be reached out to to schedule the delivery date. Then next thing I know they scheduled it on a day I had to work then after that when I had rescheduled for it, they were just getting the final piece to them the very day they were supposed to Deliver and assemble now comes today. They delivered my bedframe and included was assembly, but the driver tells me that someone else will be sent out to build the bed since they have 25 other stops to make just for me to call in and be told that no one can put it together. There was no sense as to why I was able to select for assembly and not able to do so I’m just coming from the hospital yesterday and my body is completely weak. I was hoping for the bed to be put together like requested but now I have to figure out how I’m gonna get my bedframe together. Also, I HAVE NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PUT THIS TOGETHER!!!
