I absolutely love this rug. I was disappointed that I ordered it in February and it was back ordered til end of April which it was not supposed to be that long but Wayfair kept me updated throughout the process. The rug was A lot more expensive than I wanted to spend but it was all worth it.

Very nice rug. Thick and warm cozy like a tight night wool sweater. With a pattern design that I didn’t see initially but I love it. Joanna Gaines does not sell cheap products and I had a feeling this was gonna be totally excellent quality. I’m still pulling a lot of fuzzy residual into the vacuum and hopefully that will subside after more vacuuming tho. Hides the dirt and pet hairs like no other rug !! …That is a huge plus ! The shipping was extensive and then changes in dates to back ordered etc etc. finally got it and to the correct address as it was going to the incorrect address first. Thankfully after hours and days on the phone with the Wayfair Trying to resolve it ….ughhh finally a manager fixed it and was informed that the agent prior meant well but could not do as she said and assured me. Then the next agent totally didn’t want to resolve this and insisted a manager could not fix this. Well I insisted on speaking with a manager and sure enough that manager resolved this and contacted the shipper to be sure it was resolved. And she also price matched the sale price over the time that I had to wait for this shipment. And the agent prior also insisted that couldn’t be done either. Well guess what ….manager fixed that too. So if you ever have issues with anything, insist on speaking with a manager no matter what. Bc it is the only way things get done the correct way.

Love this rug! It’s thick and plush and feels so good underfoot. Our kitchen is gray tile and countertops with copper colored cabinets. The gray rug looks great in our breakfast nook, and there’s just a few tiny splashes of copper color in the weave which compliments the kitchen perfectly. The rug is such high quality at a great price. We are so pleased with our purchase!

I love this rug. The quality is amazing. It's very soft and thick. I purchased a small rug for my front door. Will definitely purchase a larger version for my living room. I love the retro vibe.

Reviews that it looks sort of like a u haul cargo blanket are true but it’s still well made and the only dark gray rug I could find
