Great pergola for the price. Love that the shade can be retracted. Easy to assemble Did a great job cooling my concrete patio.

Turned out even better than expected. Perfect for a smaller backyard. We used it for our rent house.

Dents, broken pieces, scratches, and chips everywhere. Some of the dents were so severe that it required maneuvering to have the pieces fit together. Dents are noticeable from far away. Manufacturer response was useless, wanting me to detail every single dent in the box and refer to the manual and list every part. I didn’t sign up for a homework assignment. I am so upset and disappointed. Never ordering from Wayfair again. 

Just beautiful! Paid for assembly-well worth it! Such a nice touch to our deck. We live on the beach in Florida so the shade will be perfect.

I like it a lot, wish it was tiny bit bigger but looks and feel great. The instructions were kind of confusing, it took two evenings to put it together with breaks. The top cloth part was especially confusing, we had to redo it as first time we got it wrong. It also says to screw it in the ground, we have a cement floor and don’t have tools for it so we left it sit, feels stabile enough without screwing it in. If you are looking to brighten up your patio with gazebo touch, this is your way to go! Recommended!

It was late the items was missing parts I will never purchase from Mayfair again terrible experience.

Assembly required at least 4 people 2 ladders but not at all difficult. I recommend getting additional footers as the ones supplied don’t seem very sturdy if you are securing them to a concrete pad. I would also like the option of buying a spare canopy but can’t seem to get any hep with that.

Very easy to assemble, well made, beautiful and weather resistant. It didn’t move even with strong winds.
