Summer Down Alternative Comforter

This alternative down comforter is just the right weight. It’s not too heavy but is enough to keep you warm on those cooler nights.

This comforter is really SOFT. It can get really hot to sleep under, though. It is not breathable. If you are hot natured, then it is not for you.

This alternative down comforter has some LOFT! Very warm, too warm for a hot sleeper even though it’s summer weighted. We’re using in the winter in northern latitudes and it’s a bit much. Overall very good quality, soft fabric.

This comforter is extremely hot and should definitely not be classified as a “summer” blanket. I’m a very small person and run cold so I usually sleep with multiple layered blankets, but with just this one I’ve woken up drenched in sweat almost every night I used it (it’s winter in CA). I wanted to like it because it’s so fluffy and soft. If it was advertised as a cold weather comforter I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately Wayfair is charging 17 to return it so I guess I’ll keep or donate.

I am a hot sleeper, but Winter in Oklahoma one would think this comforter being Summer blend would be OK…. I am fairly sure this could be used in New England winter and keep you warm… soooo HOT!

Ansolutely the best duvet for summer and winter in Texas. Breathes and keeps you warm when you need it.
