Customers praise the product's excellent cleaning performance and quiet operation. Many appreciate the user-friendly features, such as automatic water level sensing and a pleasant end-of-cycle chime. However, some users express dissatisfaction with the water levels in the normal cycle, finding it insufficient and requiring the use of the deep fill option, which can lead to increased water usage and longer cycle times. There are also mixed opinions regarding the fabric softener dispenser not draining completely.
