Dunaway Reversible Sofa & Chaise with Ottoman

I’m giving this couch four out of five stars for a couple of reasons. For positives it is beautiful, a decent size, super plush, and comfortable. The color is bold and bright, dimensions are true to size in the description. It is perfect for my space and fresh out of the box, it seems like I’ll get many years out of this couch. The delivery crew were also amazing. As for the negatives, the velvet material is rather “loose” and could be more taut. There are some spots where the velvet also feels rather thin, which does worry my a little bit about the longevity of the fabric in those spots. There were a few flaws, such as scratches on the legs and frays in seams. Some of the stuffing appeared to be coming out of some of the cushions. The biggest set back of this item is the instructions. While it does come with an instruction packet, it might as well not have. None of the pieces were labeled and the manual made no sense at all. I’ve built many pieces of Wayfair furniture and this one was one of the most frustrating to build. I think it would be beneficial to have this come prebuilt, aside from attaching the legs, popping the cushions on and hooking the chaise in place. So far, I am happy with it, but some improvements could be made for the price.

The couch is a great product but the texture looks a bit different in person and as a heavy-set person I can already hear cracks from the couch so I know I have to be fairly gentle with getting on and off the couch. Overall would buy again for the price or in a pinch.

Love this couch! Very easy to assemble! Had issues with delivery but was quickly resolved. Super comfy and beautiful addition to my living room!

Im so glad I purchased this sectional! It was fairly easy to assemble, comfortable, and sturdy. This was exactly what I wanted for the aesthetic I was going for. Shipping was fast - it arrived within a week - and the price is great. I have no complaints and highly recommend it!

Just like you, I looked at the reviews for these couches. Just like you I also looked at the negative reviews for an unbiased opinion. You can ignore the bad reviews for this one. Super comfortable(a lil bouncy, has some depth, no way you won’t be uncomfortable), easy to install (even quicker with a 12mm socket wrench), looks amazing, clean, lot of seat space. It’s perfect, so perfect that I had to write a review (never wrote a review for a product EVER)

It’s a beautiful and extremely comfortable couch. It’s high quality and was easy to put together. Shipping was also a breeze. It came in three separate boxes that arrived a couple of days later than expected, but still pretty quick. I highly recommend this piece of furniture.

Delivery was great, 3 boxes total. Easy to assemble and is beautiful. Construction is basic, not a sofa that will last a lifetime but well constructed for the price. Well worth the value.

Let me say this is the best and most impressive online furniture purchase Ive ever made. This sofa has exceeded my expectations! It is true to picture, and the color and feel are simply amazing. It is deep in depth and so plush and incredibly comfortable. The cushions are so well done. It took two people to put it together, having some one who is handy is definitely an asset. It was delivered just as pictured! Its truly impressive.
