The quality was better than expected. Though our package did appear to have been a return. The exterior was tapped over, interior foam packaging was broken and taped back together, the install directions were out of the red plastic envelope and the cap nuts were missing. I suspected someone bought one and returned it after they had taken the nuts. I have requested the replacement parts from Wayfair. Hopefully, they arrive in the next two weeks.
