Every customer Rep. was extremely nice. item description was not Accurate, Manufacturer has not given you updated info. that particular product the way it's shown on your site has been Discontinued by Intex and they have not informed you. Thanks to Donte he listened and handled the problem to my complete satisfaction. keep him around. i will be shopping here again. always do the right thing. Thanks.

Installing was easy, we are now waiting for it to heat up

Easy to set up with 2 of us. Not Heavy, nice to relax in after swim.

Now to be clear the hot tub itself is very nice. Mine did not come as described or pictured. I was sent the wrong pillows and a cover that did not fit , didnt attach to the clips on the hot tub , it wasnt even the right color. I contacted support and they did issue a partial credit that did not even cover the cost of a new cover or the pillows. They sell both items on there website but I would have had to buy them myself as they couldnt / wouldnt send them as a replacement instead of the refund. Day 3 or 4 after that issue was resolved my hot tub started to leak water and I was basically told that they only deal with one issue per item so we cant help you.

Very easy to set up and I was very impressed by how sturdy it is … easy to get in and out of and perfect for my husband and myself … if you are thinking about it .. just do it … I doubt you’ll regret it !!

Great hot tub! It heats up to 104 and the jets are quite impressive for an inflatable tub. It’s very relaxing.
