The delivery team is nice, but the shipping time lasts too long! I purchased the item on 2/2/2023 until 3/20/2023 it was delivered, it takes nearly two months to get the item.

This is a quality sunroom kit. We were apprehensive at first, having been told by local contractors that these kits are flimsy. First, their quotes for a custom job were astronomical - as much as $30k for a 10 x 14 sunroom. This San Remo kit was one third the price, including professional installation. Speaking of which, unless you are incredibly handy wth a full set of power tools, get a contractor before buying this kit. We shopped around and found a contractor who installed it perfectly for $1500, including leveling our deck! We love this sunroom. It's sturdy, gorgeous and the envy of our neighborhood.

It was easy to assemble, but there is no way to adjust doors. So we have gap at top of every door. There is no vent, so it is very hot during day. We will need to do a lots of improving. I wouldn't buy it again, but now, when it is installed....
