I would not buy if you need it quickly and undamaged. I ordered, came quick and then Angi’s service arrived 2 days later to assemble (paid $209 for that based on feedback that it was so difficult to assemble). The person they sent put together the legs and when unpacking the desk top noticed a huge dent. I called Wayfair and they wanted me to resolve myself with the vendor. I said no, they needed to do that. They then gave me a new ship date of 2 weeks later and Angi tech would come back 2 days after estimated arrival (I’m into this timeline now for a total of 3 weeks). It took me 56 min on the phone to get that part resolved and I still don’t have an Angis booking due to “long wait times”. Worst experience I have had with Wayfair and very disappointed. It has not been that way in the past, not sure what has changed but was a terrible experience and I still don’t have the desk…. Also, zero compensation for the time/issue/trouble- just a customer service manager (I asked to be escalated) that was reading a script of understanding. All I wanted was a fast solution, which was never provided. Don’t waste time on the phone, it won’t be worth it- there is my final advice.

Absolute beautiful product, however, the first and second delivery both arrived damaged. It’s a very heavy desk and packaging does not support the desk corners well leaving them cracked. Will try to get this right with the third round.

I am sooo impressed by the delivery and service people Wayfair is working with. I have never experienced the professionalism from UPS or FedEx. Polite, professional and very helpful!!!

After several months editing to add: Desk is very high - even at the lowest setting the top of the desk is 31.25 inches tall. Definitely keep this in mind if you are planning on mostly sitting (vs standing). Item description is completely inaccurate - in no way is the lowest setting 23". Desk is a good size and heavysturdy (when lowered). Color is a really nice, dark blue. The instructions are horrendous. They’re contradictory in some places, they’re half complete, and in some instances they’re just wrong. The instructions for the lift mechanism are in the box with that mechanism but all of the screwshardware are also in that box (even for the desk itself) and they don’t tell you what is for what. Just be prepared to spend some time if you are going to put it together yourself. Also, there is a wobble when the desk is raised - I haven’t tried tightening the feet yet to see if this will help. Relatively minor complaint at this point.

Beautiful and functional - I love it! Was a bit tricky to assemble because the instructions weren’t quite right but we figured it out. Great quality and very sturdy. So happy with this purchase.

The desk is gorgeous. Reviews are correct, directions awful. However, the lowest height of the desk is 29 inches, NOT 23 inches as it is stated in the description. We had to remove the wooden legs in order to get the desk to its lowest height of 29 inches. With the wooden legs the desk is 32 inches. It does elevate nicely.

I shopped long and hard to find the right desk for my needs, for the most part, this desk ticks most of my boxes. I love that there are drawers, something that most standing desks lack, I also love that the legs are covered and it looks like a traditional desk when in the lowered position. It's a real solid wood piece of furniture. Couple of things I took a leap of faith on: 1) "dark grey" is actually Denim Blue. 2) The center drawer DOES have a drop front to use with a keyboard and is BARELY wide enough for my keyboard and mouse. Disappointments: 1) the reviews are right about the lack of instructions, barely any. if you are not comfortable "figuring things out" you will be frustrated. 2) the power center is woefully inadequate with only two outlets and 2 USB's. I mounted another 8 plug plug strip in the cord cavity as well as my laptop hub, but space is very tight. they should design in more cord and power brick storage in. i reccomend using sticky velcro to mount additional power and accessories. 3) The desk height control is absolute JUNK. Error codes that aren't in the manual, cryptic instructions, weird random things, no support. I've come to a fragile peace, but my confidence that this thing will work long term is very low.

No good directions for assembling. Not stable and no way to know how to ensure it’s assembled correctly.

Desk is good .. but electrical parts does not fit well . Instructions were okay but part just doesn’t fit right.
