This couch fit our space exactly. The arms of it come out wider than the back of it which makes it smaller than the stated 96 inches in most places. It’s comfortable and good quality. This sofa is incredibly solidly built, very comfortable, and all of the recliner and headrest adjustments allow you to make it fit you perfectly. No question - I would purchase this sofa again. **Note - there are several listings of Contour sofas listed as "brown". They are all different shades of brown, but there is really no way to figure out which brown you're buying. I purchased a chair and a sofa and received two different colors and it's taking a bit of unwinding to get a matching set. The sofa is fine, but the delivery and service was terrible. The delivery date was pushed back four times from mid-November to mid-January. My email queries went unanswered and when I would phone, I would usually just get the same information which appeared on the website. The one time I did get a representative to call the manufacturer, I was told the sofa would be delivered before Christmas, but it did not arrive till January 16. This was very frustrating and I would never had purchased the sofa had I known it would take over 16 weeks to be delivered. The website originally promised an 8 to 10 week delivery. The loveseat is attractive, nicely built, and sturdy. It is a bit high off the ground as my feet don’t touch the floor when I am sitting upright (I am 5’4”). When I recline, I don’t tend to settle into the middle of the “bucket” (the bucket was to be a perk for me to keep me centered and secure). Feels more like a perch I am balancing on. The cushions are firm, which I don’t mind but I am hoping that will settle down with time. Although I was attracted to the hidden cupholders, once opened they are a bit of a reach. And, my little dog occasionally activates the cupholder open button as he steps on it while climbing up to his bed on the other side. We have covered over the phone charging plate in the middle so the dog won’t scratch it, and it doesn’t seem to charge all that well anyway. Makes a good table, though. It took a bit to get used to the control buttons on the side (what does what), but I really do like the recline and the headrest mechanisms. I like the charging ports on the side. The armrests are nice, but a remote or phone will slide off easily. Didn’t consider that prior to purchase. This is a great couch with reclining leg and head features. It’s definitely on the bulkier, heavier side, so I wouldn’t recommend it for smaller spaces.
