The adjustable head rest is a great feature and we were surprised that we missed never having this before, it is a nice extra touch. We both have back issues and the heating unit works great, eliminates the use of a heating pad, I especially love this feature of the unit. The only issue I have is the “massage “ feature. I was expecting rolling up and down the back and all that it does is vibrates, which we will probably never use, so it is not really a massage unit. But, other than that one thing, we love it and would definitely recommend it, just with the note not to expect anything from the massage part. It is super comfortable and the heat is great!! My husband put this couch together and it was easy to do. The only thing was the cup holder on the left side did not have a hole in it to fasten it inside the arm of the couch.
