Good for the price, cushions could be more cushiony but thats an endless scale so no complaints. Assembled relatively quickly and the ideal fold out mechanism where the weight bearing is in no question, cant snap up and convert you into a pancake like a bad spring loaded mechanism or murphy bed. Only think I would say is unless you have already bought million dollar molds make the bed part at least 5'10', because in the west a 5'6" will just not be sufficient, because more often than not your friend or person sleeping over is definitely above that height. Would cost your probably maybe 10-20 extra dollars on the manufacturing and next to nothing on material, would sell it probably significantly more because once you cross that threshold of 5'8" it goes from small sofa kind of a bed to small sofa but a full almost Full size bed.. The seat part of the sofa is not hard but not soft. I would say medium to soft but this is understandable given it is a sofa bed and I am overall very impressed with its comfort. The bouclé fabric is genuinely soft, not the scratchy kind some of these have. What sold me after getting it the storage under the seat cushions is actually useful, not just a gimmick. I’ve already got blankets and remotes stashed in there. Comfort level is great for everyday use, sinks in just enough without feeling like you’re stuck. The chaise section is a nice bonus for stretching out. Only thing I’d flag is the white fabric will probably show stains or sun fading over time, so keep that in mind if you’ve got kids or pets.
