I’m torn about this product… the good qualities are great, but the bad qualities are super lame. Assembly was easy enough for one person. The vacuum sealed packaging method was effective and impressive - the cushions easily tripled in size after opening. The couch cushions are comfy but very bouncy which is weird. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. They took a few weeks to arrive but came earlier than expected. Delivery was easy- the guys were fantastic. I haven’t tried the sleepers- they’ll serve their need eventually. I bought this ages ago for a townhouse in another city and never used it. It looked good. Now it is in my home being used a lot and we are pretty satisfied. Mattress kinda meh but we bought a 2” topper which makes for a comfy nights rest. And it is ok to sit or lie down on.
