The 3 stars rating is for the level of assembly required. Other than the cushions, which arrive vacuum-sealed, every piece of this couch has to be assembled - nuts and bolts and washers! The pillows and cushions are like the third the size of the one's shown in the pictures. Without that 2/3 fluffiness it allows no real support when sitting in it. Also, the main back rest doesn't seem very strong either. Creeks every time any weight is put on it.
