Absolutely love it! Replaced an old chaise lounge that had a more "French feel". It's a nice change...deeper as well. My two fur pups and I fit quite comfortably...and they are medium dogs. (Australian Shepherd and an English bulldog) The box had me pause. I ordered a left arm. Received a left chaise. But the box has a diagram listing the correct orientation as a R. But orientation was correct...opened the box. And it was the left arm chaise we ordered. (That truly was the only pause.) Went together really easily. Opened the vacuum sealed bits the night before assembling. As it takes some time to fluff back out from the packaging. Not an issue at all. The prior solid reviews sold me on this particular chaise. I am totally satisfied!. Darlene. Carrollton, OH. Thu Oct 22 2026

This is a beautiful couch and it was fully assembled minus the wooden feet and wood accent. Their are four sectionals and the ends have slide in arms. It is quality thick material - I love the wood on the bottom of the couch - it’s like the cherry on top of a sundae. It’s beautiful and adds so much dimension and style. It connects with metal hooks - the ottomans are the same size and have Velcro underneath to hold in place.. Mckay. American Fork, UT. Sat Oct 17 2026

Very satisfied. Assembly of this ottoman took only about 5 minutes as it was quite literally just screwing on the legs and attaching the cushion. Matches perfectly with the rest of my modular sofa. I’m deducting one star because the legs did not include any felt or rubber pads to prevent marring of my floors. The cushion is also pretty firm, which I personally don’t mind but I know can be a deterrent for some. Good piece overall.. Hafsa. Ohio. Sun Sep 13 2026

Lovely little seat. Big fan of the wooden accents at the base. Seating is firm, which may be a deterrent to some, but I’m otherwise totally comfortable with it if anything it makes it feel rather robust. I like that it’s a part of a modular set so I can integrate this into a larger sofa if I so choose. I’m deducting one star because I thought the wooden facade at the base would also be present on the backside of the chair too, but it’s only the front. The legs also do not come with felt or rubber pads so there’s risk that you’ll scratch your floors. Minor gripes but satisfied overall.. Hafsa. Ohio. Sun Sep 13 2026

Assembly was straightforward, but it still took about an hour and a half to complete. The seating surface feels semi‑firm due to the internal spring structure. Adding an extra inch or two of high‑density cold foam would have noticeably improved softness and overall comfort. The edges of the each sofa modules include pre‑drilled holes with metal fixtures that lock the sections together securely and prevent separation. This is a useful design choice however, applying the same connection system to the ottomans would have made alternative sectional layouts much more stable and practical. Overall, the build quality is solid, but if you prefer a sofa you can sink into for extra comfort—especially for lounging or watching TV—this model may not be the best fit.. Ryan. New Jersey. Very nice and comfortable couch (if you like things on the slightly firmer side. Color is more denim than the Wayfair photo, but still a nice blue. Putting the couch together wasn't difficult for one person, but there's a lot of flipping it around so if you're not strong, have a second. Also if you follow a few things it is much easier to assemble. First a ratchet with the appropriate size hex piece will do wonders and save your fingers. Second, when attaching the arms and two seat pieces, don't tighten them, keep them as loose as possible. This makes attaching the back piece much easier, as lining up the holes on the arms, metal piece, and fabric is tricky, and having that extra room to move things around will help. The hour and 30 minutes it took to put together would have been 30 minutes less if I didn't keep having to loosen and flip the couch, to install that back portion. Also for the lounger, pay attention to the cushion. One part is very slightly larger, and if you don't put it in the right way it won't fill out the fabric in the foot area (though easy to flip around even after it took shape). Richard.
