Nice sturdy sofa bed though the brown is more greyish which I like. Throw pillows are very ugly so they aren’t staying but the couch is very nice. Will replace included inner spring mattress with a good memory foam one but I am very happy with the quality of the couch UPDATE 3 months later and the fabric of this couch pulls terribly. Love this sofa bed! Love the color, was just right, it's a beautiful red - not too bright, the "chili pepper" color name is accurate. Great silhouette and I like that the seat is one full cushion, not two with a split down the middle. Took off one star because Wayfair had the measurements wrong. Good thing was that I caught the discrepancy because I read all of the details and fine print. After talking with several Wayfair representatives, who were all very nice, they directed me to the manufacturer because no one at Wayfair could explain why one place said one number and another place on the description said another. I needed a heavy duty fold down sofa that would hold up to everyday wear and tear. This sofa has very rugged material. It’s basically a very firm mattress. It almost reminds me of a long school bus seat. The springs are very firm and a bit bouncy. Definitely not the most visually appealing but I think this will hold up very well, especially for it costing under $1,000. The arm rests do not feel very secure. You will not be able to move the couch using the arms, but it can be used without the arms on it if need be. My husband slept on it last night with the puppy and he said it was very comfortable. I will say, he prefers very firm mattresses due to back surgery he had years ago. The material is stapled in the back (see pic). The quality of this sofa/sleeper is exactly what I ordered! It sits firmer than I thought but not uncomfortable. The storage area underneath is large and a plus. The sleeper part is easy to lay out. Overall, I’m very pleased with the product. The service to assemble the sofa/unit on the other hand, was not good. The first crew did not assemble it correctly and didn’t quite seem to know how to put it together. I had to contact Wayfair as I knew it was not done right, couldn’t even sit on it! I requested them to send another crew to resembled it correctly. This took more time and effort than I desired, a couple of additional weeks. However, Wayfair made sure it was taken care of and completed to my satisfaction. They listened to my concerns and made this right in the end.
