Advertising is not accurate! This was originally listed as a 27”x 55 inch dining table. However my property noted on receipt the box says writing table and the lattice is brown and not white as advertised. It is a very overpriced writing desk. The wood itself is nice and the piece is solid bit f you expect to sit more than 2 people it won’t work. I was looking for something smaller but now not sure 27” is going to cut it as a table for 4 people. Sides are also fairly low so armchair dining chairs do not slide under it. I need to find a larger piece of glass now and new chairs to try to keep the table.. Shannon. Holmes Beach, FL. Thu Apr 03 2025

When they set this table up in my formal dining room I was horrified. It looked like something that came out of my potting shed. The description didn't mention that it was a rough rustic finish. On top of that it probably was dirty from sitting in the warehouse. However I wiped it down and put on a couple of coats of polyurethane and it now looks more elegant. I just didn't expect to have to "fix up" a new $2,000 table.. Anonymous. Sun Jun 21 2026
