I chose this Riser because it allows my Mac computer and keyboard to sit on the same level surface just as they do on my desk. I did not want a riser with the keyboard at a different level. It is well-constructed and my mouse works well on the surface without a mouse pad. It also has plenty of room for accessories (31.5" x 18.25").. Anonymous. Virginia. Wed Mar 18 2026

✨ Alternate sitting and standing to invigorate, a new proposition for healthy office work! 🪑Say goodbye to static sitting and embrace movement with our height-adjustable desk converter. Its stable vertical lift system allows you to seamlessly switch between sitting and standing positions throughout the day — no more being locked at one height. Designed for comfort, it smartly aligns your screen with eye level and encourages better posture. Whether seated or standing, you’ll work in a more relaxed, natural position that helps reduce neck and back strain. 🔥Did you know? Standing for just 3 hours can burn around 201 kcal — almost equivalent to two bowls of rice! We recommend a healthy 1-hour work cycle: 45 minutes seated for focus, followed by 15 minutes standing to stretch and refresh. This simple rhythm helps you stay energized, avoid discomfort, and support long-term spinal health.

I could not commit to a standing desk... most were very tacky and just not what I wanted in my house. I figured if I didn't want to have the standing configuration anymore and I didn't utilize it as much as I thought, I could get rid of the converter and keep my regular desk. The converted is EXTREMELY heavy right out of the box. it is very cumbersome but it needs to be to hold up monitors and support your workstation. Some have complained about how difficult it is to adjust the monitor arms... you don't want them to be too easy to adjust or they will be moving all the time unnecessarily. To me, it is perfect. My only issue is that the way mine is set up is that my laptop hides the controls to move it up and down, I need to get another extension to hold up my laptop ( I use the camera on my laptop and the extra screen) and be able to use the desktop space for my keyboard and see the controls. The up and down buttons are easy to see if you look right at them. It does slightly hang off my desk but I knew that would happen before I bought it. I have 2 27" monitors and the setup works very well!. Molly. MD. Fri Aug 02 2024

The Height Adjustable Standing Desk is a solid performer on any desktop providing the perfect foundation in transforming your work area into a sit to stand active office environment. Thanks to a gas-spring assisted lifting mechanism, height adjustments are smooth and require little effort. There's plenty of room for your keyboard and mouse, and the rear of the workstation accommodates a single or dual monitor mount.

I LOVE this adjustable desk. I only wish I bought it a year ago. I have been sitting way too long at my desk during the pandemic and this has been a back saver. I stood for 2.5 hours the first day of using it and so far 2 hours today. It's easy to assemble - just 4 screws to attach the keyboard tray and voila - you're done! It's very easy to lift - the first time is a bit of a challenge just until you get the mechanism engaged and going forward it's a breeze. There's plenty of room on the top shelf for my large monitor and my laptop and my keyboard and mouse fit great on the bottom tray. I love the white as my desk is white and it's not obtrusive. I have a desk riser at my office that was more than double this price, and this one is SOOO much better for my needs. Can't recommend highly enough.. Jennifer. Lincoln, NE. Wed Feb 24 2021

This is a sturdy, heavy desk top addition that seems to work smoothly. For a regular computer it is a great addition. For myself, however, using a work laptop with back extender for additional connections there was not enough space on the keyboard area.
