Ordered this as I have two heavy guest chairs in my office that everyone feels obligated to move, no matter when I leave them. The mat just arrived, rolled up. I wrestled with it a while before the instruction fell to the floor. It was a cold day, it had been on a cold truck, and it wasn't opening well. Instructions said to use hair dryer to get it warmed up. All the difference in the world. Now I have the two HEAVY guest chairs on it and they slide nicely, so no one need lift them to move them..
