I selected this particular table because the wood grain was real and not simulated. I was not disappointed! Assembly involved screwing 4 bolts per leg into threaded insert on the underside of the table top. They even provided a hex drive for a cordless screwdriver to expedite assembly. One curious element was how the legs were strapped into the back of the table with staples — which detracted from my perceived vale of the table. This is the second item I got from Joss Main and wow another really great item. Beautiful, very very easy to assemble and real hard wood, I’m not sure what else one could need. This product have 16 screws, with inserts already interlaid into the wood and it takes about 10 minutes for one person to assemble it.
