1st, I'm sooooo happy Wayfair was able to deliver this to me in Canada without issue after trying elsewhere & getting refunded twice! 2nd, the sofa is as described, love the fabric, & worth the $, but the stitching lines are unlevel & it is detracting. Coolest design ever! MUCH more comfortable than a pullout bed for sure. Had company stay over on this and they confirmed the comfort. Add to this the massive amount of storage space and WOWZA. I purchased it as an open-box item, so I was prepared for the missing instructions and a few screws, but I was able to fix it, and it works perfectly. The quality of this sofa/sleeper is exactly what I ordered! It sits firmer than I thought but not uncomfortable. The storage area underneath is large and a plus. The sleeper part is easy to lay out. Overall, I’m very pleased with the product. The service to assemble the sofa/unit on the other hand, was not good. The first crew did not assemble it correctly and didn’t quite seem to know how to put it together. I had to contact Wayfair as I knew it was not done right, couldn’t even sit on it! I requested them to send another crew to resembled it correctly. This took more time and effort than I desired, a couple of additional weeks. However, Wayfair made sure it was taken care of and completed to my satisfaction. They listened to my concerns and made this right in the end.
