The couch looks nice overall, but it’s definitely smaller than it appears in the pictures, which was disappointing. The storage section under the cushions sits slightly higher than the rest of the couch, and you can really feel that difference when laying down, which makes it less comfortable. That’s the main reason I’m not giving it 5 stars. I love this sofa/bed—it’s exactly what I expected! I purchased it as an open-box item, so I was prepared for the missing instructions and a few screws, but I was able to fix it, and it works perfectly.
