Loving this recliner so far! The chenille fabric is super soft and feels way more expensive than the price tag suggests, and the tanbeige color matches my living room perfectly. The massage function is a nice surprise - great after a long day, and the remote is simple and intuitive. Reclining is smooth and quiet, not stiff or jerky like some cheaper models. Assembly took about 20 minutes with no tools issues. Its on the bigger side so measure your space first, but overall really happy with the comfort and quality for the price. Would buy again.. So, don’t get me wrong I LOVE this recliner. Its fabric is nice, thick and looks to be durable. Its color is true to the online pictures. It’s super comfortable and has plenty of cushion with adjustable lumbar support and head rest. It rocks, swivels and reclines making it the perfect comfy chair. And YES! You can rock with a slight recline. Also, the recliner feels solid which I expected with flexsteel. However, theres a couple things to note, which is why the 4 star rating. First, was that we actually ordered the hand lever version and was sent the electric version. I’m not really complaining honestly, but it’s worth noting the wrong item was technically sent. And in receiving the electric version came some of the features we loved (adjustable lumbar and head rest), but also where some of the issues come in. The buttons are not labeled and take some getting use to. They can also be a little finicky. For example. I pressed the recline button then the foot button to adjust the feet and went to adjust the back again, but it wouldn’t recline. I had to set the recliner back to default and restart the chair adjustment. Another is that the recliner does not lay flat. For me this isn’t a big issue, it’s good enough. But others may want the feature. Lastly, the slots that fit the back of the chair to the base can be difficult to get together on assembly and leave a gap at the seat back if not settled. Aside from these things though I do love the chair and recommend it!. Anonymous. Mon Aug 24 2026

This chair is perfect for me. I am very pleased with the process! Delivery was very smooth, and customer service was excellent. Previously, I ordered 2 identical chairs. My husband loves his but was too large for me. Went to local store to look at chairs. Found a Lazy boy chair I had seen on Wayfair. Price at Wayfair was less than local store with free delivery. Local store was charging $150.00 for delivery. Plus, Wayfair gave a discount to cover the cost of pickup, package and delivery for the returned chair. Very pleased with entire purchase process and do recommend!!. Patsy. Louisville, KY. Fri Nov 15 2024

Good delivery. Box was beat up bit recliner not damaged. Easy to unpack and assemble. Having 2 people really helps. It is heavy. Well constructed and very sturdy. Fabric is a bit slick. Mechanism is smooth and tight. Electeric motors are top notch. Controls are easy to use. Massage is a vibration and pretty weak. Heat is ok but weak. Lift mechanism is not quick. It is smooth and tilts me just right to take the strain off my lower back. I am 61 so the footrest is a little short for me. Very nice looking and sturdy. I definately like it.. Andrew. The color of the two recliners I bought is nowhere near the green pictured. They are more of a very pale greenish-gray. I'm ninety years old and cannot go through the hassle of returning them and looking for other chairs in the color I wanted. The difference is extraordinary and cannot be blamed on computer colors. I do not have a photo phone to show the comparison, but believe me, it's unbelievable. I will try to work with this color but will never shop at Wayfair again.. Anita. Arlington, VA. Fri Dec 12 2025
