So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026

There are a lot of pros and cons with this sectional. the pros... Very easy to set up, they just snap into one another, not super big.So it fits well in a smaller area. each cushion has a zipper, so you can wash the cushions. I love the fact that you have storage underneath for pillows and blankets. The Cons. there is a top cushion that goes on top of the main cushion, and this moves every time you sit on the couch, it should be secured with valcro. the actual back of the sofa should be higher. There is no head support the back of the couch.Comes to where your shoulder blades are. if the back of the couch were higher, it would be perfect. very quick shipping. All seven boxes came within days of each other and I loved the material. it's a little hard, but I'm assuming that's because it's new. I'm hoping it will give way and be more comfortable with time.. Bridget. Ovid, MI. Fri Jun 12 2026

Generous size, larger than expected. Soft yet firm cushion top. Fabric feels good, velvety. Ottoman will store two lap blankets nicely. Color of ottoman is the color that I saw online but the description stated BLUE, so I stepped out on a limb and ordered it, hoping it would be blue. It looks green or teal to me. I was hesitant to order a couch in a box but I have to say it has exceeded my expectations! I love the design and the colour of this sofa and it is the perfect size for my small, one bedroom apartment. It adds a touch of brightness to my space. The cushions are firm and comfortable. It was super straightforward to put together and I did it myself in about 1-1.5 hrs. I do wish the arm rests were a little higher as they don't really feel super functional. Also a note for tall people- the chaise is just long enough for me as a 5 foot 2" person. If you are any taller, you will likely not be able to extend your legs all the way.. Anonymous.
