The couch itself is lovely. But when the men unwrapped it, it was absolutely filthy. There is not one panel that did not have some kind of stain or dirt. Worst part is, I think it’s grease in some areas because it rubbed on the wall and left a streak on the wall that only came out with magic eraser. All that being said. The couch is sturdy and well made. And looks great in my spare bedroom. I have called Wayfair customer service and am waiting to see how they will resolve this.. Theresa. Juno Beach, FL. I'm reviewing this after 4.5 years! The sofa is still in great condition. My parents sleep on it whenever they come over which is quite often and love its durability. I do have an extra soft topper on top of it but you don't feel the bar of the bed at all. I plan to buy another one now for another room. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 just because it's a little on the hard side for cushioning and i prefer more of a soft cushion for watching TV. However, we only use it for the sofa bed part.
