This is exactly what we needed. It’s firm, but comfortable. The color is more than a neutral, but not loud. It strikes the right balance. My only complaint is that if you sit down quickly, you can hear a metal “clink” where the side pieces fit together with the bottom. I've had this in my office for the past four years. It has held up surprisingly well. People visiting my office for the first time constantly tell me how pretty and comfortable this loveseat is. There was, however, a pet-related incident a while back in which I discovered that this sofa is, unfortunately, very difficult to clean.
