Great couch so far. Delivery was on time and the pieces were packaged very securely. I was able to build both pieces of the sectional in a couple hours. I took one star off because of the color not being true to pictures. I ordered the Beige, which in pictures looks like a cream yellow brown color. In real life, the fabric is a very neutral nearly gray color. I almost thought that Zinus has sent me the wrong couch except the boxes were clearly labeled Beige.. Shelby. Berkeley, CA.
