Exactly what we needed, comfortable, versatile, and zero hassle. I recently picked up the Ebern Designs 78.8" Chenille 5-in-1 Sofa Bed, and it has been a fantastic addition to the living room. The biggest selling point for me right out of the gate was the "No Assembly Required" feature. With an active toddler constantly running around the house, being able to just take this out of the box and have it fully functional immediately was a massive relief. No Allen wrenches, no confusing instructions—just unbox and it is ready to go. I love that the second you cut the plastic, it opens up and come to life right away. The memory foam provides actual, supportive comfort. It doesn't have that stiff, cardboard feel that a lot of convertible futons or sleeper sofas suffer from. The Durable Chenille Fabric material is incredibly soft to the touch, yet it feels thick and durable enough to handle daily use. The 5-in-1 convertible design is easy to adjust. It transitions seamlessly from a standard sofa to a lounger or a flat bed, perfect for different type of use. If you want a versatile, space-saving piece of furniture that you don't have to spend your weekend building, I highly recommend this one. Got this for a gutted living room remodel. I’m going for a mid century color scheme so I thought this green would work great. I love the fabric. It is so soft. They have little “eject handles” in the crevice of the chairs to pull on to recline the chairs. I admit they were hard to pull and it was even harder getting the top to lean back. However, I have noticed it gets easy with each use so maybe it just needs some breaking in. I love the storage compartment and the drink holders. I also love having a USB port built in but I really wish they had one on each side of the chair instead of just the right side. The chairs are comfortable enough although I’ve had better. The back looks a little janky. There are some gaps in the pieces and the fabric flaps in the back seem to be all slightly different lengths and don’t Velcro evenly so across. I’m on the fence about the price. I feel like it’s priced higher than the quality you receive.. Angie. US. Fri Oct 02 2026

I’m torn about this product… the good qualities are great, but the bad qualities are super lame. Assembly was easy enough for one person. The vacuum sealed packaging method was effective and impressive - the cushions easily tripled in size after opening. The couch cushions are comfy but very bouncy which is weird. The square block design is awkward and hard to maneuver. And my god. The color is hideous lol but it probably hides kiddo and pet stains well.. Erin. US. Mon Sep 15 2025
