This office chair arrived quickly and was packaged inside one large box. Easy to assemble and I did use the enclosed allen-wrench. My first observations were that there was a lot of plastic. Wheels, stand, average looking cylinder, all mesh chair. In my opinion, more like a task chair than a desk chair. Armrests are elbow rests, they are not long enough to call them arm rests. The seat is comfortable and is deep, but not overly wide. Chair is not very heavy. The head rest adjusts up and down as well as in and out.
