They are really easy to put together…so much so I almost questioned the durability. They seem decently made. Taller back than I anticipated. Firm but comfortable. Handle works easily and pushing them back in is easy so far. They are pretty light for a recliner so you are going to need either a rugcarpet or some kind of gripping for underneath other wise you are going to slide all over. Great chair, easy to assemble (Took about 30 min once everything was out of boxes; came in 3 separate boxes). Very comfortable. Have a lot of joint and back issues and the heat is amazing. The lift assist is a lifesaver! The massage is not the best, it's just a vibration which is still relaxing but calling it "massage" is a stretch. Otherwise, really happy with it, can finally enjoy sitting in the living room again as most couches are hard for me to get comfortable or get up out of. I would definitely recommend this chair!. The chairs are very comfortable and work well. I had seen comments before I purchased these chairs that the arms were low and the dimensions given also reflect this. The arms are low as I had expected, but I do not use them often and it has not been an issue. My biggest concern was the color once I received them. I had ordered light brown. These have more of a grey hue to them than brown depending on the lighting. However, they go well with the other colors in the room. So overall, I am pleased with my purchase.. Will.
