A standing desk can help you achieve this goal without interrupting your workflow, just push the button to raise or lower the desk. This full-sized standalone adjustable desk is a great choice for most home offices thanks to its high-quality, attractive design and easy adjustability. Besides, some research shows that standing while working helps moderate blood sugar faster following a meal and reduces the potential for back or shoulder pain.

I love the quality of the desk. It’s heavy, very sturdy. But I’m disappointed that the color is (at best) a medium-tone walnut. The images on Wayfair showed a MUCH darker, rich walnut and that’s what I wanted. Other than that, I’m pleased. If the color was accurate, I would have given the desk 5 stars.
