The chair mat arrived today in perfect condition and my grandson and I installed it because it’s a little bit on the heavy side about 140 pounds but we got it in place and put the little feet on the bottom of it and I’ve been sitting on my office chair for about half an hour, and I can move it very easily where when I sat on the carpet for half an hour, the office chair was about impossible to move because it had sunk down and I have not flush carpet, but I have fairly thick carpet and a fairly thick foam pad underneath so this is absolutely perfect and I give it five stars and if I had 10 stars, I’d give it 10 stars. I am using this on an LVP floor. The problem has always been that mats don't stick to this flooring. This mat moves a little, but is much better than anything else I have tried. My home.office is in a furnished basement with floor tiles from the 50s. I first got a regular plastic mat. That thing drove me crazy by always moving out of place and curling up. I recently updated my desk so I started to look for alternatives to the old school rubber mats. So glad I found this. It has a backing underneath that keeps it in place. Wow! This was a fabulous gift for my husband who works from home but his office chair has now scraped up a section of our hard wood floors. This glass mat is very thick and sturdy especially for a man who weighs 240 lbs! The mat was delivered with 3 diff types of floor protectors clearly outlined for flat surfaces, rug surfaces or carpet surfaces. That was a great idea!
