This sofa sectional came in 3 boxes. It was easily unpacked and had very few pieces. I show one unit put together with supplied bolts and washers. The color is just as described in a neutral light tan. The second piece attached to the other and then the arms were attached. There is a wooden bar that goes across the front for support and looks very nice. The legs just screwed right on. It sits a little low for us as we are both close to 6 ft., but it is comfortable. It will be perfect for visiting guests. The color looks really nice in the apartment and is a small size so it doesnt take up too much room. We bought this seat to add to the sectional we just bought to elongate the sectional set. It's nice that I we could customize the sofa more. All the pieces came for the sectional in great condition with no tearing etc. However there were three pieces, this chair included where there were small manufacturing defects with the locking systems. Like a clamp screwed in the wrong place or the wrong connector placed in a specific spot. This chair was missing a metal connector piece. We are still in the process of getting a hold of the manufacture to remedy these locking system issues. Other than these issues, we really like the couch. Very firm and will hold its shape well. Chenille fabric is very durable and washes great. We have little kids and I've been able to wipe off things very well. The chair backs are perhaps a little low for my husband but I feel supported and I am 5'4". We got the blue color and it is much lighter in person than the photos as a warning. The listing pictures have this as being a deep navy but it is definitely more of a cobalt blue-warmer tone blue if you have a well lit room. If this were in a basement with less natural light than I think it would look much darker. Overall, I would say I am impressed by the material and the firmness of the cushions for durability but for the price we paid I think the manufacturing issues are frustrating and I hope they resolve everything..
