The seat shape is a bit more round in the center of some of these than of others, the shape isn’t consistent. Leather color is not as expected either, with black specks throughout the grain. But they’re very connectable. Amanda. Brentwood, MO. Thu Jun 18 2026

Absolutely beautiful couch! I took a pretty large risk here, as there was only one review when I ordered (and it was a 4 star ) so I was really unsure what I was getting myself into. The couch arrived in 8 boxes two separate deliveries. The boxes were MASSIVE, so be sure you have a place to bring them into. Or are ready to start assembling asap. Everything was meticulously packaged, and we received all the items needed. The couch took maybe 30 minutes to “assemble” Super simple process, just snapping each piece together snapping the backs armrests on. This couch is GORGEOUS y’all. Seating for SO MANY people. And just generally looks beautiful in any space. It’s BIG, to where it looks grand, but gladly, the footprint is small. The seating is very firm, but super comfortable. I love my new couch. Overall, another excellent experience with Wayfair.. Natalie. Poplarville, MS. Sun Aug 23 2026

I would have given this set FIVE starts except for a couple things that have nothing to do with the quality of it nor how much I actually love it. Wayfair was great through this so it isn't on them entirely. The special handling delivery that I paid for did not happen because they arrived for the delivery with only two people desipite seeing how large and bulky the sectional pieces are (this fee was refunded). They did not bring it into my home as they were supposed to. They set it down in my carport and I had to wait several hours until family and friends could come help me bring it inside. The largest sofa section was set in the carport on end not on it's feet. The wind came up and blew it over. LUCKILY, it did not brake so that is good. Once the pieces were inside we discovered that the wedge piece had been broken either during the delivery process that day or earlier in shipping. The upper left portion of the frame was in pieces under the upholstery. Wayfair was great about this and gave me a discount off for the cost of that piece. One other thing that could have been a disaster is that the description did not provide overall dimensions so long story short I had to use the wedge section in my bedroom rather than with the two sofas so not truly a sectional for me. I am ok with that though as I LOVE this set. The leather is soft and luxurious and there are FOUR recliners. The description was not clear on that either. I did contact Wayfair to ask for overall dimensions but never heard back on my request. This is not on Wayfair though. I am assuming the manufacturer did not provide it. I am a longtime customer and will continue to be. Thanks for everything Wayfair!. Kathy. Longview, WA. Mon Mar 24 2025

The last piece of our furniture came 1 week early and came in perfect condition. Due to a busy schedule and lack of manpower. We had it delivered to our second floor and had it installed a couple of days later. However, if you device to use an installation service which in this case Angi - the third-party contractor Wayfair uses. From this message, the comment is pointed to Angi Not Wayfair. I thought I needed to write it here to warn whoever read this. Please be aware that the Angi installation person may try to scam you by saying There is an outstanding fee, which is not true. Everything was paid beforehand through Wayfair. He also did not hook all the couch sections together. Wayfair is extremely helpful when we call them to verify the installation fees and services. After some advice and discussion, we got dispute charges from Angi. This is extremely unprofessional how Angi does its business. Hire competent people, not individual scammers. Thanks.. Anonymous.
