The couch itself is lovely. But when the men unwrapped it, it was absolutely filthy. There is not one panel that did not have some kind of stain or dirt. Worst part is, I think it’s grease in some areas because it rubbed on the wall and left a streak on the wall that only came out with magic eraser. All that being said. Got this beautiful black velvet electric recliner sofa and its absolutely amazing. It took some time to assemble each seat with its own motor but not difficult. Comes with a remote control to pull out all the 3 seats to make a bed or individual for reclining. What makes it smooth to make the bed or back to a sofa is it has wheels in the front for better control. Five stars for now because it's still in the box, but it was shipped well and delivery was great. I opened it enough to see the fabric and the color is just what I wanted. I'll update this once I have it assembled. Super easy assembly! It's a really nice looking sofa. It's VERY firm but I think that's preferable for sleeping on it. With a 3" foam topper it makes a very comfortable bed. It's not squishy sofa. If you drop down to sit on it you'll bounce. But the bonus is that it looks neat and tidy all the time. Minus one start because it came out of the box with a small, almost unnoticable tear on a front corner that I'm concerned will get bigger over time. I'll have to keep an eye on that.. Laura. We love this new convertible gray sleeper loveseat. It was very easy to assemble. It only took five minutes to assemble. The color is perfect for our color palette in our new home. It is also very comfortable. It is just the right length too. There are a few dings and dents due to shipping issues. Perhaps if the frame was made of wood instead of fragile brass or thicker steel the shipping problems would not have occurred. But that is the only thing not completely perfect.
