It doesn’t look like in the picture. When I sleep all the cushions move out of place including the wheels that expands the bed. Not what I expected. Called customer service to get a refund and it hanged up my calls several times. The refund policy is to return it the way it came. After several hours assembling this item, now I have to unscrew everything and put them in the boxes I already threw away and will be charge more for the refund. Not very happy with this item and the price I paid I expected more quality. Now I’m stock with this couch that no one will pay for a similar price.. Anonymous. Sun May 17 2026

The couch is comfortable I just wish the backrest pillows were fluffier with support. Very simple to put together without tools. Only downside is the pullout part does not lock properly so if it’s shifted a little the pullout part of the couch comes apart from the couch having to close it down and put it back in place. Bryant.
