The integrated shelf adds practical storage without taking away from the open workspace. I love the style of the desk and it was fairly easy to assemble! The only downside side is it doesn’t feel very sturdy in the middle and the middle of the desk seems to sag slightly due to the weight of the wood. So the glass is flush on either edge of the desk, but it doesn’t touch the wood portion in the middle. Because of this I’m hesitant to use the middle compartment for any storage. Otherwise, it looks great and functions fine!. Amy. Troy, OH. Mon Jun 01 2026
