The quality of this sofa/sleeper is exactly what I ordered! It sits firmer than I thought but not uncomfortable. The storage area underneath is large and a plus. The sleeper part is easy to lay out. Overall, I’m very pleased with the product. The service to assemble the sofa/unit on the other hand, was not good. The first crew did not assemble it correctly and didn’t quite seem to know how to put it together. I had to contact Wayfair as I knew it was not done right, couldn’t even sit on it! I requested them to send another crew to resembled it correctly. This took more time and effort than I desired, a couple of additional weeks. However, Wayfair made sure it was taken care of and completed to my satisfaction. They listened to my concerns and made this right in the end. I will still order other items from Wayfair as they graciously corrected the issue and genuinely appreciated me as a customer.. Yvonne. Missouri City, TX. Sun Jun 29 2025

The adjustable sofa furniture is made with soft fabric, padded with high-density foam for added comfort, and its wooden leg support adds a natural look that can pair with your favorite plant. This adjustable sofa can go from tv watching to taking a nap with just an easy adjustment of the back of the sofa. Its versatility is suitable for any occasion depends on your necessity.

Definitely a budget sofa but that's what I was looking for in my home office, so it's good. I definitely wouldn't put this in the nicest room in my house. One thing that irked me was that the center supports are plastic and the front one is very visible, so the 3 legs you can see from the front don't match. I just bought some of that faux wood contact paper to cover the legs and it actually looks great. Assembly was pretty simple, although it might be nice to have two people because it tends to fold up while it's upside down. That said, I'm a small woman and I didn't struggle that much. The cushions are very firm but I find them comfortable enough. Like I said, this isn't your "nice room" furniture, but for a spare room or if you're on a tight budget I think it's worth the price I paid ($419). Jill. Silver Spring, MD. Wed Sep 10 2025

I needed a heavy duty fold down sofa that would hold up to everyday wear and tear. This sofa has very rugged material. It’s basically a very firm mattress. It almost reminds me of a long school bus seat. The springs are very firm and a bit bouncy. Definitely not the most visually appealing but I think this will hold up very well, especially for it costing under $1,000. The arm rests do not feel very secure. You will not be able to move the couch using the arms, but it can be used without the arms on it if need be. My husband slept on it last night with the puppy and he said it was very comfortable. I will say, he prefers very firm mattresses due to back surgery he had years ago. The material is stapled in the back (see pic). This and the slightly loose arms are the only cheapish parts of the sofa. The storage underneath is fantastic. Good heavy duty couch for the price.. Michelle. Saratoga, NY. Wed Mar 13 2019
