The sofa arrived in damaged packaging, with torn fabric in two places. The color was different from the one shown in the listing. The legs looked used, and one leg was missing the threaded insert needed for installation. Some of the pre-drilled holes were misaligned, so I had to hire a professional to install new threads and adjust the holes. After extra work, we finally assembled and set up the sofa. Please use proper packaging and sturdy, secure tape for large, bulky items to prevent damage during delivery. Very disappointing experience.. Anonymous. Thu Sep 17 2026

At first glance, the couch appeared attractive; however, upon assembly, it became clear that the overall quality was lacking. This is a nice couch. Assembly is pretty straight forward but it’s pretty time consuming if you don’t have a drill with an Allen wrench (hex key) attachment, which I didn’t for this assembly. The directions didn’t include attached the 3 sections together in the back and maybe that’s by design but moving the couch is a bit cumbersome bc it’s not fully attached together in the back (just the front). However it’s a cozy couch, soft fabric, and a nice alternative to a reclining couch. It’s pictured. Zero regrets.. Alycia. Aurora, IL. Fri Nov 06 2026

This is a beautiful sofa and is comfortable. The reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is because of the description being misleading.
