Absolutely love the unit. It is so comfortable, the material is so soft, I hope it stands the test of time because we love it. The adjustable head rest is a great feature and we were surprised that we missed never having this before, it is a nice extra touch. We both have back issues and the heating unit works great, eliminates the use of a heating pad, I especially love this feature of the unit. The only issue I have is the “massage “ feature. I was expecting rolling up and down the back and all that it does is vibrates, which we will probably never use, so it is not really a massage unit. But, other than that one thing, we love it and would definitely recommend it, just with the note not to expect anything from the massage part. It is super comfortable and the heat is great!! Update to review This sofa is not the sink-into kind, but has wonderful support and the reclining feature is so comfy! It reclines flat and mechanism works smoothly. The upholstery will be a breeze to clean. I did put it together by myself not as time consuming as I had guessed. It should be noted that the seat cushions come vacuum-packed and need to “puff up” for 2-3 days. They look great now. Also, the cushions attach with a heavy duty zipper— it is difficult to get started and there was one that simply would not zipper. I changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars after using it! Original review This sofa is going to be incredibly time consuming to put together. The upholstery seems pretty thick and hopefully durable. I just can’t believe the number of pieces involved. Very nice couch. The gentleman that was sent to put it together was fast, pleasant and efficient. The only downfall for me was it was dropped off (3 boxes) by FedEx outside my home. I purchased the blue linen version of this sofa. I had trouble deciding how to rate it because there are features I love and hate about it. I have been searching for a small convertible sofa for over a year. The main feature that attracted me to this piece is that it's "convertible". I also wanted blue. It's really difficult to find a coloured sofa in this "neutral" market. Most of the convertible sofas I looked at were massive or awkward to switch back and forth from sofa to bed. I think it has an interesting look to it and I love that it folds down completely flat. People are correct when they say its hard and somewhat uncomfortable. It's more like luxury patio furniture than a proper sofa so keep that in mind if you choose it. I have a twin mattress pad that I put on it for a bit more cushioning and I can still feel the base but my husband says it's fine as is for napping. I love that you can put a mattress pad on it and twin sheets to protect it and use it as a temporary twin bed. There are no arms to get in the way of lying down and spreading out fully.
