I love the final look of this couch! The seat cushions are very supportive, the perfect mix of firm and soft. All of the pictured covers are removable and machine washable, except the bottom half of the back rest that is zipped. It’s a part of a piece that must be spot cleaned. Only complaint - didn’t realize the seat cushions for the back rest were packaged in the armrest. One person can assemble this in roughly 2 hours.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 09 2026

This is honestly a beautiful couch. I saw a few reviews mentioning that the cushions didn’t seem very full at first, but keep in mind they do need about 24–48 hours to fully expand. Once they did, the cushions were super plush and comfortable. We love how elegant it looks while still being incredibly cozy. The cushions are also nice and deep, which is exactly what we were looking for in our formal living room — comfortable but still polished and stylish. The only issue we had was that one of the back cushions arrived without its cover. We’ve contacted the manufacturer through Wayfair and are currently waiting on a replacement. Aside from that, we’re really happy with the couch and love how it looks in our space.. Whittney. Tennessee. Thu Feb 19 2026

I was very skeptical and a little worried about ordering this couch with absolutely no reviews BUT it is exactly what I imagined. It looks exactly like the picture. It came in three big boxes, now don’t give yourself a headache like I did and please open all the contents of each box. I didn’t find the tool and instructions I needed till I was trying to assemble the last box which would have been way faster if I had initially. The quality of this couch is great, looks very high end and feels sturdy. The color matches exactly as in the picture and it’s also comfortable, more on the firm side but I’m sure after it’s broken it will soften up. Also it’s a big couch, 4-5 people couch fit easily. We love the chair. It was easy to put together and fits well within the area we had wanted to place it. We anchored it by a wall since the sides do not connect together. I would say if you were using this without a wall bracing it, you may find that it is not very supportive but for us, we have it within a corner nook in our bedroom. Added a rug and a few touches to make this a cozy reading chair.. Sarah . Massachusetts. Fri Aug 21 2026

Gorgeous! This sectional is.so beautiful, the fabric is soft and comfortable. The cushions are just the right amount of firmness. It is just so comfortable. The color is more of a blue Grey which I love!! Just so much better in person. Im a Wayfair gal, most of the furniture in my living room has come from Wayfair. If your wondering about durability, the end tables are 10 years old, the two chairs are at least 5 years old my lamps, probably 5 years at least. The furniture last. The the couch and love seat it replace were ten years old from Wayfair, the recliner ends still work fine they were just starting to look tired, they probably would have lasted longer but they had 2 families sitting on them for 4 of the years with little toddler hands on them oh and jumping on them! So you can trust Wayfair, and they have the best customer serve around! Get this sofa!. Megan. IN. Tue Oct 20 2026
