The desk itself looks very nice and wasn't that bad to assemble alone (took 1.5hrs). You need to have your own screwdrivers though. I would have rated this higher but Wayfair considered this 100lb item to be a small item. This meant that they wouldn't deliver it to my apartment but rather just the front door of the building and I was left to figure it out from there. This desk is so cute and works great in my craft room/office. I love that it has built in storage for storing yarn and tools, and that it was reversible as the instructions were for the opposite direction but could easily be modified. I also plan on using this for my gaming setup and love that it has holders for my headphones. Overall this is a great desk, but I do wish the connector pieces for the top were metal as the plastic ones easily got stripped and two of the bolts attaching the desk wouldn't go in all the way. This is perfect for my son who loves to game as a gave him space for more than one monitor and the shelves below gave space to house some of his different equipment. It was nice as well because the shelves for the top can be used or moved to different spaces. The carbon fiber look on this gives it a sleek look.
