Very satisfied with this little sofa. Looks super sleek and stylish. Love the wooden accents at the base. Assembly took right around 30 minutes, but the armrests were exceptionally tricky and annoying to slot in. Took a good 10 minutes just to get them perfectly seated. I love the modularity such that I can add more seating or an ottoman if I so choose. Deducting 1 star because I didn’t realize the wooden facade at the base didn’t wrap all the way around the sofa so the back looks pretty bare. The feet also did not come with felt or rubber pads so there’s risk that they’ll scratch the floor. The facade at the base is also not very well aligned despite following the instructions. This sofa is a must buy! I was a little hesitant to buy it in the beginning because of the price. However, it is a steal! It is so comfy and very spacious! My husband who is 6’5” fits really well, which was something I was worried about before it delivered. It does take a bit of time for the sofa to settle since it vacuum sealed in the box. I love my new couch! I got the Herring cove aqua fabric. I like this fabric because it has olefin in it so it will not wear easily. It is a very firm sofa but I like that. I don't like sinking down into things. Plus, I think it will last a long time. I was very happy with Western Peaks Logistics , the delivery company that delivered it. It’s a lovely loveseat and I’m very happy with the quality and fabric. However, 99% of the reason I ordered this loveseat was because the description said the seat height was 20.5”. I got rid of my last loveseat because it was only 16” off the ground and getting harder and harder to get up from! Nowhere on your site did I see “measurements are approximate” or anything of that nature (did I miss it?). The seat height is actually 18” and I can’t tell you how many other 18” loveseats I passed by – and a lot of them were a lot cheaper – but went with the more expensive one because I wanted that extra seat height! So I’m pretty disappointed by this - not disappointed enough to pay to return it (if that was even an option, which I doubt) but I feel a bit hoodwinked by Wayfair. Just sayin’.. Janet. Boston, MA. Lovely sofa!! The navy is more elegant in person. There is an expensive Italian designer version of this style of couch that was $10k+ that i wasn't will to pay so this is an excellent version of it at a great price! I bought this sofa taking the risk with no reviews yet really. It is low to the ground, it's about 15 inches high. Some people don't like that but for me it was a non-issue. It is a more firm sturdy couch, which again is fine for me, I need the support due to spinal issues where a couch too soft actually causes pain. The fabric is supposed to be pet friendly and water/stain resistant and so far pet hair hasn't gravitated towards it snd brushes right off -- it is soft & comfortable, not scratchy at all; it almost feels like a blend of velvet and chenille and seems well constructed/stitched. As far as the shipping, it was too big for FedEx so I had to wait an extra 10 days to get it because it got switched to a freight company delivery instead. It was by ground from New Jersey to California so it did take a while but Wayfair didn't charge shipping thankfully. The delivery people brought it just into my doorway which was nice since I have front porch stairs. Comes in 2 humongous very heavy boxes by the way!!!! It is technically a modular couch so the pieces click together with metal brackets so you need 2 people and you have to figure what lines up with what because the "directions" don't tell you that. So there's the bottom 3 seats obviously then the side arms then the back pieces. Definitely takes some muscle to fit in each one and an extra set of eyes to ensure the slats are lined up. I recommend putting the seats exactly where you want the couch situated then put the back and sides on because once it's all fitted together, this couch is so heavy you wont be able to move it and if you try you may accidentally shift one of the metal brackets by pushing on it. The back and sides are adjustable/bendable which is nice to put it how you want. I only have the arms bent down to put end tables next to the side. Had to get extra throw pillows to add some extra comfort because the ones it comes with are tiny and only come with 2. Hope this helps someone looking to buy this sofa! It's a great buy and well made, looks expensive since the design is a bit different & interesting with nice upholstery. Love the end "petal shaped" piece which is quite large for lounging and the angle isn't extreme so it fits in my somewhat narrow tv room! Very happy with my purchase!. Jackie N.. California. we have received the sofa yesterday and I somehow did not like how it smelled or looked. I have been a big wayfair shopper for a while and this expensive sofa is not a good experience. I felt like I received an used sofa barely brushed and sent it over. For an expensive caracole furniture it is definitely not what I expected. there was hair strands stuck in the inner lining and some patches of hand prints and couple of marks where I felt it was washed.
